Bihar NEET Counselling 2n Round Importan Date:
The programme related to Round-2 Seat Allotment / Document Verification / Admission is as follows:
- Resignation through Free Exit from Round-1 Counselling: 02.09.2025 to 03.09.2025 (4.00 P.M.)
- Date of online Choice filling for seat allotment (2nd Round): 05.09.2025
- Last date of online Choice filling for seat allotment and locking (2nd Round): 08.09.2025
- 2nd Round provisional Seat Allotment Result publication: 12.09.2025
- Downloading of allotment order (2nd round): 12.09.2025 to 18.09.2025
- Document Verification/Admission (2nd round): 15.09.2025 to 18.09.2025
Important Note
- Such candidates who have deposited the Security Deposit for UGMAC-2025 Counselling and have filled the application form earlier, but who have not done Choice Filling for Round-1 Counselling and want to participate in Round-2 Counselling, will have to do Choice Filling as per the following i.e., it will be mandatory to do Online Choice Filling through Online Portal of UGMAC-2025 within the prescribed date and time period.
- Such candidates who have done Choice Filling for Round-1 Counselling and have not been allotted a seat can change the previously filled Choices for Round-2 Counselling i.e. such candidates can change the previously filled Choices or add new Choices by logging into their account through Online Portal of UGMAC-2025 and after the completion of Choice Filling process, if they want to make any changes in their newly filled Choices, then they can edit their Choices by logging into their account through Online Portal of UGMAC-2025.
- Such candidates who have been allotted a seat through Round-1 Counselling and want to upgrade for Round-2 Counselling, if they have given consent “Yes” for upgradation for Round-2 Counselling in the application form and before the start of Document Verification and have got their Document Verification done, then such candidates cannot avail the benefit of Free Exit in Round-1 Counselling. The benefit of Free Exit is available only from 02.09.2025 to 03.09.2025 (4.00 P.M.). Such candidates who have got the allotted seat in Round-1 and want to resign by doing Free Exit, then they will have to go to the portal within the prescribed date and time and complete the resignation process and not go offline.
- That is, after the candidate has resigned by doing Free Exit, it is mandatory for them to get the “Resignation Slip” generated through the Online Portal of UGMAC-2025 (which will also be sent to their Registered e-mail ID) otherwise their resignation will not be valid. That is, for those candidates who have not uploaded their Resignation Letter online on the Portal and have got their Document Verification done, it is mandatory for them to have the Resignation Slip generated on the Portal, otherwise all the Choices filled by them will be made “Null & Void”.
- For those candidates who have been allotted a seat through Round-1 Counselling and wish to upgrade for Round-2 Counselling and who have not resigned by taking a Free Exit on the seat allotted in Round-1, all their Choices filled will become “Null & Void”.
- For those candidates whose all Choices filled earlier have become “Null & Void”, if they wish to participate in Round-2 Counselling, it will be mandatory for them to fill in Fresh Choices, otherwise they will not be able to participate in Round-2 Counselling.
- Such candidates who have received seat allotment through Round-1 Counselling and have got their document verification done and have consented “Yes” for upgradation in Round-2 Counselling and wish to participate in Round-2 Counselling, such candidates can add new choices to their previously filled choices for Round-2 Counselling by logging into their account through the Online Portal of UGMAC-2025 and can edit their choices after the completion of the choice filling process.
- When candidates add/edit choices filled by them by doing fresh choice filling, they can save their choices by clicking on “Save Choices”. After that, after doing “Save Choices”, the candidates will have to lock them by clicking on “Lock Choices” and take a print of their filled choices.
- By the way, the said candidates whose seat allocation is left, if they come under Merit-cum-Choice, then they will be allotted a seat in Round-2 Counseling, otherwise they will wait for the Seat Allotment Result of their Round process.
- Candidates are advised to fill the options keeping in mind that actual vacancies may arise due to their (virtual vacancy).
- To get the seat allocation result through Round-2 Counseling, candidates will login to their account through the Online Portal of UGMAC-2025. It will be mandatory for all the allotted candidates (be it Retained/Upgraded/New allotment) to download their Allotment Order through the Portal. It will be mandatory to do the Document Verification by appearing at the Reporting Centre on the appointed date and time with the received Allotment Order and other necessary documents. Also, if those candidates give “Yes” or “No” for upgradation for Round-3 Counselling, but due to any reason do not complete the Document Verification/Enrollment process, then the seat allotted to such candidate in Round-2 (Retained/Upgraded/New allotment) will remain and their Security Deposit will be forfeited and the candidate himself will be responsible for this. Such a recommendation will not be accepted.
